As a consultant, researcher, and educator in AI ethics and responsible innovation, my goal with AI of Your Choice is to bridge the gap between technology and social impact by guiding organizations and communities toward informed, ethical decisions. I believe that true responsibility begins with understanding, allowing people to choose AI solutions that align with their values and societal needs. I help organizations move beyond «fear of missing out» on AI to develop thoughtful, transparent strategies that prioritize empathy, fairness, and sustainability in a rapidly changing world. Through interactive workshops, community-led discussions, and inclusive policy design, I empower participants to navigate AI choices responsibly and build solutions centered on human values.

Things aimed to inspire and empower youth to use technology for social change. Building on the NetSquared Istanbul experience, it offered online and offline activities to help youth design and launch social startups. Through a competitive process, participants refined tech-driven ideas, engaged in public debate, and received support for development. Key elements included meet-ups, a community website, challenges, code sprints, and camps. The program successfully fostered innovative tech solutions and engaged youth in addressing societal concerns, preparing them for leadership roles.

Zumbara was an innovative platform that enabled individuals and groups to trade skills and experiences using time as currency instead of money. For example, members could earn hours by sharing knowledge, such as teaching a skill, which they could later use for other services, like getting household tasks done. Unlike traditional time banking practiced in many countries, Zumbara introduced «Time Bank 2.0» by merging time exchange with a social network, amassing over 50,000 members in Turkey with thousands of hours of skill-sharing and over 25,000 skills listed. This platform supported a shift toward a gift culture where people were encouraged to share their unique abilities, fostering a strong sense of unity and a positive change in community behavior. Through Zumbara events, members exchanged items and services, building a self-sufficient community and forming meaningful connections in a vibrant, bazaar-like environment. Zumbara extended its community model across Turkey, collaborating with local initiators and supported by a global advisory board of visionaries, to promote trust-based, interconnected communities that prioritized sharing and collaboration.

My Sacred Space Design is a holistic platform dedicated to creating and curating spaces and practices for personal growth and spiritual well-being. Through blogs, resources, and curated rituals, the platform guides users in transforming their environments into reflective, meaningful spaces. It integrates symbolic practices, spirit animal guides, and seasonal rituals, offering a sanctuary for those seeking a deeper, more mindful lifestyle. Active across various social media, including Pinterest and YouTube, the project reaches a diverse global community, sharing tools for spiritual connection and intentional living. «My Sacred Space Design» embodies a unique blend of spirituality and design, inspired by Joseph Campbell’s belief that “your sacred space is where you find yourself over and over again.” The platform not only offers resources for personal growth and spiritual well-being but also sells a curated selection of physical products across Europe and digital products worldwide. Through thoughtfully crafted items and tools, My Sacred Space Design supports customers in transforming their environments and lifestyles, fostering intentional, sacred spaces both physically and spiritually.
